Please include “WageLog” in your subject line so we can identify your message.

Report a problem
If you encounter an error, an unexpected calculation, or another issue, please email us with:
- Your WageLog app version (available in Settings → About).
- Your device model and Android or iOS version.
- The steps that led to the problem.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.
For a calculation issue, a small example using made-up hours and pay rates can help us understand it without sharing your real work history.
Share feedback or an idea
Tell us what would make WageLog more useful for your workday. We welcome feedback about features, usability, and accessibility, as well as suggestions for future improvements.
Keep your information private
Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details, or complete backup files. Hide personal and sensitive information in screenshots, and share only the details needed to explain the issue.
